If you are not satisfied and would like to exchange or return the product, you can do so by performing the following steps:

2.Mention the Order No.;
3.Mention the reference (s) of the product (s) you want to exchange and / or return;
Within a maximum period of 2 working days, you will receive an email from us, confirming reception of your request and reminding about the process and data for the return of the product (s).

Any refund to be made by cosmobeautyfrance.com , will be made by the same original payment method, or discount.
For cosmetics please send us an email 14 days maximum after the date of reception .
For food please send us an email 7 days maximum after the date of reception .
For return or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you respect the following rules:
The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, including cellophane or protective labels (if any);
If the product outside box is not sealed, keep the internal product seal, or any other use protection, intact;
You should ensure that all the attached components are included with the product: samples, gifts, package insert, and others, respecting the original conditions of shipment.
